My name is Ronnie Spires and I currently live in South Georgia, Bandit country U.S.A..  I am married to my lovely wife Karen of 24 years and have three wonderful sons 22, 17, and 8 years old. 

 

My fascination with the Trans Am first began at the age of 15.  Smokey and Bandit kinda gave me the "fever" i guess.  At the age of 18  I made my first T/A purchase.  A brand new 1980 model with T-Tops out of the local Ponatic's dealer show room.  I went on to keep that car for three years before selling it knowing fully well that someday I would own a 1977 Bandit car.  That day finally came on my birthday last year when I purchased my 1977 Y-81 Black and Gold Special Edition T/A.  Have had nothing but fun with it every since.
