Billy Carcieri
My name is Billy Carcieri and I am from Lincoln, Rhode Island. I am the proud owner of a 1977 Trans Am. My fascination with Trans Ams began when I was in high school. I owned my first Bandit TA when I was seventeen years old and it was a Bondo Buggy ha ha. I bought my second Trans Am when I was eighteen. It was a 1978 red four speed, which earned me plenty of speeding tickets. My third Trans Am came when I was twenty years old. It was a white 1979 with an Olds Power Plant. I spent the next twenty years yearning for a real 1977 Bandit. Last year I found one in Montana. I had it shipped home to me here in Rhode Island and began a complete nut and bolt, frame off, rotisserie restoration. It will be completed in April, 2011 at which time I will begin the show car circuit.
