I have always loved Trans Ams, ever since having a black & Gold '82 in High School.
Brian's TA makes this garage look good!
Now that I'm in my 40's, I bought a clone SE a few years ago, kind of "out of the blue". My wife swears its my mid-life crisis, but I'm OK with that! I drove that car for three seasons, met a bunch of great guys when I joined Charter Oak Firebirds, and had a lot of fun.
The Starlight Black paint is just perfect!
With over 105K miles on the clone SE, it was time to "upgrade" to the real Deal. I found this one only 15 miles from my house, in storage for a long time. The owner was reluctant to let her go...but eventually he did.
You could serve dinner in this engine compartment!
This car is a Y82 W72, Auto with AC, PDL, PW, Rear Console, and even factory lighted vanity mirror (never seen that one before). The best part is its all original paint & decals with just 39,250 on the clock.
They don't make cars like this anymore, it's like a work of art!
Its got a few imperfections in the paint, but that's what I would expect for 36 years old! Looking forward to enjoying it with my boys at some of the local shows and cruise nights!
