My name is W.T. Curd, III. I am 37 years old. I am married to a wonderful lady with 3 great kids. We live in central VA.  I have been very blessed in my life not only with family and friend but have had some very nice cars over the years. Since the time I saw Smokey and the Bandit at about 8 years old I had to have one. My first car at 16 was purchase by my dad and I although I pleaded he would not bend on letting me have a 400 - 4/speed. I am glad now because I am still alive. We did agree on a 1980 4.9 white Trans AM. As cool as it was I still had the itch for "THE BANDIT". Well today was the day. It was a EBay find by two good friends that had been looking as hard as I. She was housed in NY all her life so far and surprisingly in really good shape. The project has just begun and I will update photos of her along the way. It was a great find not a lot of major work to do just minor things to make her "W.T. Clean".   God Bless
