Fbodywarehouse 2009 CALENDAR SUBMISSIONS
Let’s see them toys guys!
Well August is here and this year I am nipping the calendars in the bud. We are shooting for a Oct 15th release date on them and this year we are planning some changes.
We are hoping to release THREE calendars:
1970 – 1981 Regular Trans Ams
1977 – 1981 Trans Am S/E Black & Gold + Gold on Gold Editions
1979 – 1983 Pace Car Editions
All depends on you guys though as you all are the stars of the show. As always this is a contest of course and may the best cars get in.
Note as you all know I am not a trailer queen promoter at all, AKA your driver has a great chance to get in.
Each calendar will as always be individually numbered and signed by us making it a collectable (Who still has their Trans Am Tribe 1997 calendars?) In years past we have limited to calendar runs to 100 BUT this year will open that up some and may produce upwards of 1000 each. (Sales on calendar will dictate this.
The key to a great picture of your car is the back ground, AKA NO DRIVEWAY SHOTS and NO CAR SHOW PICTURES will be considered period. I want a killer backdrop. Down at the lake, beside a known land mark, by a covered bridge, at sunset, be original. Maybe lighting them up, or at dust with the lights on, would love to see a TA outside an NFL stadium prior to a game tail-gating! You have plenty of time as will accept pictures through September 1, 2009.

This year also we will accept pics with YOU or a “Hottie” as I call them in the picture! (Prefer to see the “Hottie” over your mug though LOL. As long as they are not so bad you have to cover your kids eyes with the calendar on the wall it is fine.
LOL we need to have a swimsuit calendar someday soon!
Remember your picture file size must be VERY LARGE AKA set the digital camera picture quality to HIGH or PHOTOGRAPHIC, we have had a ton of excellent pictures in the past we have not been able to use as they are too grainy or small in size.
The next cool thing is every picture will also make it onto our website in the Fbody Pictures section. In addition each month will also include a coupon for use for that specific month. This will be good for use with us and possibly other companies as well!
An example of this would be say in May you would receive $25 off the cost of a weather seal kit, or in June a FREE set of door handle inserts. We are going to actively promote the calendar to other companies as well as sponsors (they can sponsor a month) and give a discount or coupon in that month. So not only will the calendar look awesome it will also save you some green!
The last cool new feature will be you can promote the website you are a member of AKA your chance to give props to the club you love. This can be a local club or web based club.

What is allowed:
Your car, nice back ground.
You or a great looking lady in the picture.
Be original, theme pictures are fine. (AKA getting all Smokey and the Bandit) works.
Restoration shops are welcome to submit examples of their work at their shop or with company logo if done tastefully.
What’s not allowed:
Pictures at car shows,
Pictures of your car at your house.
Pictures of the car in your driveway, garage or shop.
Pictures which are plum offensive.
